Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all program, insurance, and administrative fees paid to AnB Education / USTrainee in connection with the J-1 Trainee/Intern Program.

  • 1. Program Cancellation: Once your DS-2019 form has been issued, the program fee is strictly non-refundable should you choose to cancel your application.
  • 2. Visa Denial: If your visa application is officially denied by the U.S. embassy or consulate, any insurance fees paid will be refunded. However, the program fee remains non-refundable.
  • 3. SEVIS Fee: The SEVIS fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is a government fee paid directly to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
  • 4. After Program Start: No refunds will be issued once the program has officially begun. This includes instances of early withdrawal, voluntary departure, or dismissal due to policy violations.
  • 5. Misrepresentation or Rule Violations: As outlined in the Trainee Agreement, providing false information or failing to abide by program rules may lead to immediate program suspension or termination without a refund.

Refunds are processed within 30 business days after all required documents have been received and verified.
